Our Trackless Train has working head lights, train whistle and bell. This unit has seat belts to assure a safe ride
for all passengers in the 4 colorful coaches. All coaches are equipped with overhead sun shades for a comfortable ride.
Both young and old can enjoy this ride as no age restrictions exist.
This unit is capable of seating one of the following:
- 3 medium children on each seat (18)
- 2 adults on each seat ( 12 )

This unit is inspected before each use, has maintenance records on file and carries full liability insurance for your event.

Party Slot #1 is from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM both Saturday
& Sunday.
Party Slot #2 is from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM both Saturday
& Sunday.
*Rental Fee includes an Engineer/Driver for the
event, 1 Engineer hat for the Birthday Child and 14 Colorful Train Whistles for the Party Guest.

Bounce House will be delivered for all day rental. Train
will arrive at booked time. Bouncer will be picked up at the end of the day.
The train will arrive with 3 cars. The train will
ride passengers for 1 hour. This train set up will hold 18 kids or 12 adults.

train will ride passengers for 2 hours. This train set up will hold 18 kids or 12 adults.

The deposit to hold the train for your party is NOT an additional fee. It will be subtracted from the balance
on your account for the final payment on the party date.

Ride Deposit Payment $50.00 |
Due to insurance restrictions, payments and/or deposits CAN NOT be dropped off at our office and must be
mailed.

When booking a train ride, full payment or a $50.00 non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits and/or full payments will
be refunded if there is bad weather/rain on your event day but can not be refunded for general cancellations.
When booking your train ride, the following must be done:
- Call (985) 870-6347 to assure the train is available on your date and time.
- Book the train by phone.
- Pay entire balance online by credit or debit card at this time or
- Mail a check or money order in for a deposit or the full balance on account or
- Pay cash the day of your event (deposit required at booking)
If using option 3 or 4 above, we will hold your reservation for 3 to 4 days in order to receive payment online or by mail.
If payment is not received after that time, the ride may be booked for another party.
If using option 5 above, we will hold your reservation for 3 to 4 days in order to receive your deposit online or by mail.
If deposit payment is not received after that time, the ride may be booked for another party.

We have always booked our parties and events using trust and the honor system with no deposit or pre-payment required.
Unfortunately, recent NSF checks, cancellations the day before or the day of the party being booked and unpaid invoices has
required us to change this policy to assure our attractions are booked by parties intending to use our services.
Checks for Deposits or Payments must be into our office 10 days prior to your event for bank processing or a deposit and
cash on delivery will be required.
We strive to be fair and help everyone who desires our attractions at their event. Please feel free to give us a call to
discuss other payment options if this new policy poses a problem for your situation or event.
Checks returned NSF will result in an additional $40.00 returned check fee.
